Spring is fast approaching and we’re enjoying the last few weeks of what has been a memorable winter on the trails. From the sweeping trails of the Seiser Alm plateau in Italy to the seemingly endless trails in Norway, Lumi skiers have made the most of their time in Europe. As the season winds down, we’re thankful for all of the new friends we’ve met on the trail and memories made along the way.
Lumi Experiences trips for the 2027 cross-country ski season are filling quickly. If you’ve been thinking about traveling with Lumi to ski next season, we recommend reaching out by March 31 to receive the $300/person early booking discount on any 2027 trip.
Our trips to Norway have received a lot of interest for 2027 and will likely sell out soon. There is still space available on both our Norway Birken and Sight-Skiing trips if you are interested in joining. Other trips are close behind and may reach capacity soon as well.

Kick off 2027 on the right ski from the village of Cavalese, Italy as you cheer for your favorite athletes competing in the Tour de Ski. Afterwards, head to Seiser Alm to ski one of Europe’s most scenic and renown ski areas in the heart of the Dolomites, known for their delicious trailside cuisine, Aperol Spritz and après-ski culture.

Ski the trails around Oslo and Lillehammer while keeping an eye out for trailside huts serving Norwegian waffles with a special sweet cheese. There are no ski races on this trip so you can ski at your own pace and simply enjoy Norway’s expansive landscapes. In the afternoons, visit the Norwegian Ski Museum or sled down the Korketrekkeren “corkscrew” trail above Oslo.

Over 180 km of skiing, Finnish saunas and the Finlandia-Hiihto Ski Marathon await in Lahti. Take a scenic ferry across the Baltic Sea to travel to the medieval city of Tartu, home to Estonia’s Olympic Museum. Ski the Tartu Worldloppet and discover Estonia’s ski culture.
