After a hearty breakfast buffet at Hotel Diana, take the short walk back to the gondola. The lift runs from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily during your trip.
80km of trails await you when you arrive on the plateau. Today is a good day to explore the vast plateau with some easy distance skiing.
A lunch and cheese making is planned today at the Gostner Schwaige restaurant. We recommend arriving at the restaurant between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m for lunch. At 3:00 p.m., the owner of the Gostner Schwaige, Franz Mulser, will host you for a brief tour of his cheese making facility, followed by a lesson in making ricotta cheese. You will be able to make your own ricotta and bring it home with you. The tour and class will take around 90 minutes.

Hop on the gondola back down to the valley below any time before 6:00 p.m. (the sun sets around 5:00 p.m.)
Some sweet treats are provided between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Dinner is available at your hotel from around 7:00 p.m.
